Its so colorful compared to the regular one~ First of all, yes that is the actual magnificent elunite elemental soul. Second of all, there are upsides and downsides to this soul. Pros: 1. It looks pretty cool 2. It has a wide range in which it can hit mobs (if you see in the video it hits mobs in 3 different platforms) 3. And I guess compared to other summons such as hilla, pinkbean, elite boss souls, etc it has some decent damage (600% damage). 4. It also has a pretty nice duration (80 seconds) Cons: 1. Compared to summon souls like cygnus, damien, lotus, etc, who have more than 600% damage its pretty weak. 2. I'd also say the soul in general is about a tier B-A (So around hilla, von leon, and the elite bosses soul's tiers) considering it gave me 7% crit rate. 3. Its too flashy and fills up the screen, but transparency fixes the problem up nicely. And thats pretty much all I have to say about it.
